"My 27 year old son and I came to visit Donegal, the ancestral home of his father’s family. We spent 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed Buncrana. We drove up to Malin Head through stunning scenery and visited sites in and around Buncrana. Julie was a kind and accommodating host. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a full kitchen on the outskirts of Buncrana. "Glenbeg is set in the beautiful Glenalla Estate. The house itself is surrounded by trees and is very private. It’s certainly the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing break and a great location for touring Donegal. We loved walking around the estate with our dogs and it was great to have use of the tennis court. Glenbeg Tower has everything you could want, lovely comfy bed right up in the tower, living room on the first floor with views of the trees. Good sized kitchen with all amenities....

"Very clean overall, with very nice bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a very modern kitchen. It was a great base for our activities around Donegal and beyond. There is a nice pub or two and a very good coffee shop with excellent food, coffee and service a short walk into Clonmany. Wish we had discovered it earlier in our stay "

"This was a family Easter break with my children and grandchildren we all had a good time going to the beach and exploring the beautiful beach and coastal drives The beach is walking distance from the house which was great as we had two children under 5 who could have stayed there all day The house was perfect for us very home from home with everything you need suppled the only down fall was the 10 o clock check out especially with the children but definitely would stay here again "
