"We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...

"This apartment was spacious enough for my family of five and was just as advertised. The kitchen was perfect! Nigel was very responsive and met us at the apartment to show us how to get in, use the keys, hot water heater, etc. He also provided some great recommendations for restaurants/pubs, museums and more. This was in a central location in the heart of the city so we were able to walk almost everywhere. The train station is also within a 10 minute walk. Overall, this apartment met the needs...
