"Very friendly, attentive staff. The garden view suite was very large, beautifully decorated and furnished, however it had not been thoroughly dusted or vacuumed. We had to advise the front desk of a couple of maintenance matters in our bathroom and that we needed the heating turned on and these were promptly attended to. We were surprised that the hotel"

"Lovely hotel right in the centre of town. Friendly helpful reception staff, room modern and spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was excellent, great choice and fast service. The breakfast was 5 star food and service. Highly recommend this hotel we will be back."

"Staff - it was an extremely busy weekend and there was a slight shortage of staff, but the ones there were faultless! Especially Ronan. Rooms -dated and the mattress was very uncomfortable, clean enough and housekeeping daily.. Spa facilities were very good, as were the staff there. The function and receptions rooms are lovely as they have been refurbished and are classy. The breakfast, good service plenty of food."
