This level also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, served by a shower room with bidet and WC.

On the lower ground floor, a spacious lounge of 40 m2 provides an additional relaxation area complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV with DVD player, and a separate WC.
