There are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a french bed (180 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, satellite TV, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have access to the terrace. The open kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC.

The house is equipped with forced-air heating, a 45 square meter partially roofed terrace, and an additional 5 square meter roofed terrace area.
