At the same time, on the upper floor they will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds (200x180). Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with shower.



On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, where you will prepare delicious meals for friends and family, and you will try them in the dining room with a dining table with 6 seats. There is a corner sofa in the living room, ideal for an afternoon rest and watching TV. From the living room you can go directly to the outdoor terrace, where you will be greeted by a covered outdoor dining table with seating.



A pleasant refreshment will be provided by the swimming pool of 40.5 metres in size and 1.5 metres in depth. There are 6 deckchairs on the sunbathing area next to the pool for a complete rest of soul and body. On the terrace there is also an outdoor charcoal or wood grill.
