"We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay."

"I would give this resort 5 stars but the air conditioning in our room was broken for 5 hours on our last day before check out and it is very hot in Egypt. I contacted reception about this but they told us it was a local emergency and they were unable to do anything about it which was disappointing as the room quickly became very hot while we were trying to pack up before leaving.
Other than that this resort was great, you could access anything from the other sunrise resort next door and the à la...

"The check-in process was really smooth and easy. Mr. Amr and the manager Mr. Mina were able to take our disabilities into account and ensure that our needs were met.
The food was excellent all of the servers and the wait staff and the support staff were amazing! Our rooms were tidied and cleaned every single day, and there was never request that we made that they didn’t immediately take care of. They are amazing!
My son had a medical emergency on the trip and the hotel staff, including Mr....

Note dolenti: profumo...

10/10 Excelente
The best hotel I ever stayed. It should be 5 starts and not only 4 stars. The staff is 10/10, they are always smiling and you can feel how much they love to work at Solymar. This is definitely a place you can call home. My fiancee and I spent 8 nights at this place and we will never forget. The food is amazing and fresh, the food is wonderful and fresh, the drinks are great too especially at the bar which is open 24/7. And last but not least, Rahim is the executive manager who gave us all the...
