• 2 Spacious Bedrooms: Each bedroom features a plush queen-sized mattress with soft linens for a restful night’s sleep.
• Cozy Living Room: Relax on the comfortable seating while enjoying your favorite shows and movies on the 70” smart TV.
• Additional Sleeping Arrangements: A premium queen-sized air mattress is included, allowing the property to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.
• 1 Bathroom: The bathroom includes a soaking tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
• Bar-Top Dining: Enjoy meals or use the space for work at the bar-top dining area, which seats four.

Outdoor Amenities:
• Ample Free Parking: Convenient on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

Shared Laundry Room:
The laundry room is the only shared space between the upper and lower units. Each unit has its own private entrance to access the laundry room, ensuring privacy and convenience.

Note About the Space:
As this is the lower-level unit of a duplex, noise transfer from the upper unit is possible, especially if there are children staying upstairs. Please note that the upper-level unit is also an Airbnb.
