"This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !"

"The views the place was lovely very vintage. Unfortunately in Expedia they don’t mention the real deal of things so here it goes I went with my partner and we noticed a very strong smell of mold we had to open the windows there was no air conditioning so as you can see it gets very hot there so we had to buy a new fan we couldn’t stay with the windows closed the smell was very strong. The toilet was not set properly and it moved around one of us almost fell as we sat down The showers were...

"We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"First of all, Francesca our contact was very nice and helpful. However, there were issues in the property when we arrived. The shower did not work and no shower curtain! The microwave did not work and when we arrived at the property the WIFI was not working either. The next day Francesaca sent a manager over to fix the shower head and the WIFI, but we never were abe to use the kitchen because the microwave did not work and the gas stove was there but the lighter they left there did not work...

"Großartige Lage, schöner typischer Ort. Alles wichtige vor Ort, Lebensmittelladen, 2 Restaurants..., wenige Auto Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Wohnung wie beschrieben, sehr schöne, authentische Einrichtung . Fantastischer Ausblick von großer, teilweise überdachter Terrasse! Vermieter außerordentlich herzlich und hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!"

"Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...
