Located in the heart of Rapallo, just a few steps from the sea, the train station, and the famous seafront promenade. Perfect for discovering the wonders of the Ligurian Riviera, such as the Castle on the Sea, the cable car to Montallegro, and the enchanting Portofino.

Perfect for families, couples, or small groups, the apartment offers a spacious and bright living-dining room 🌞, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a renovated bathroom with shower, a master bedroom with a double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds. It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

The living room opens onto a lovely private terrace 🌅, ideal for enjoying breakfast outdoors 🥐☕ or relaxing at sunset with a glass of wine 🍷.

Although the apartment does not have private parking, there is a luggage drop-off area and paid parking available nearby.

Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your phone with all the details, including the rental contract related to your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

🔑 EASY AND AUTONOMOUS CHECK-IN

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely, without restrictions.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

• ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS

• Sheets and towels provided based on the number of guests and beds booked.

• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, garbage bag.

• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food is provided in the house (e.g. sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

👶 TRAVELING WITH SMALL CHILDREN?

• We offer a cot and high chair on request for children from 0 to 2 years.

• The service costs €30 for the entire stay, including bed linen.

🧾 TOURIST TAX

• €2.50 per person per day, up to a maximum of 10 days.

• Children under 15 are exempt.

• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION

• We kindly ask you to respect the recycling rules.

• At check-out, the apartment must be free of trash.

• Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be applied.

We love animals ❤️, but pets are not allowed in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding! 🙏

❄️🔥 DURING THE WINTER PERIOD (01/11 – 31/03), for stays longer than 30 days, a small extra charge is applied for electricity and heating consumption.
