Friesenwind Vacation Apartment

This cozy and modernly furnished vacation rental is approximately 90 m² in size, spans two floors (first floor and first floor), and can accommodate up to 3 people. A fourth person can sleep on the sofa bed and will be charged an additional 15 EUR per night.

On the first floor of the vacation rental, you’ll find the open-concept kitchen and dining area, a bedroom, and the bathroom.

Upstairs is the living area, which also serves as a second bedroom, and an additional guest restroom.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area is equipped with a stove featuring an induction cooktop and oven, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker, as well as a large dining table.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m – without a footboard) and a wardrobe.

A staircase leads to the upper floor with the living area.
The living area is furnished with a large corner sofa (converts to a sleeper sofa, approx. 1.50 m x 2.00 m) and a TV (includes Magenta TV).

In an alcove, there is a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m – without a footboard).

The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, towel warmer, and washing machine.

All rooms in the vacation rental have underfloor heating.

In the garden area (approx. 350 sq m) belonging to the vacation rental—which is not physically separated from the rest of the property—you’ll find a terrace with seating and two lounge chairs for resting and relaxing. The garden area is included in the total area of the house.

The house, situated on a 2,000 sq m lot, consists of two residential units. We live in the south/west wing, which has an entrance on the north side, while the south/east wing—with an entrance on the east side—is the vacation rental.

For families with small children, we are happy to provide a high chair or travel crib for 10 EUR per stay.

Additional Information: Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included in the price.
