The two 120-130 sqm holiday apartments for max. 5-7 people live separately in a holiday home on a 1000 sqm leisure property (at your sole disposal) only 150 m from the Achterwasser. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 25 km away. The flats are furnished to a high standard. Suitable for small children. Cots and a high chair are available. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there is a barbecue, sun loungers and storage facilities for bicycles and a car park. Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought or rented. Please note: For 2-person occupancy, only 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom are available.



The holiday apartment on the ground floor is equipped with a living/dining area (leather upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD, desk, keyboard, dining table, holiday library), a complete kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, various kitchen appliances, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer), 3 bedrooms (2 x double bed, 1 x 2 single beds) and 2 x shower/WC.



Warthe is a small fishing village on the Lieper Winkel, a dreamy peninsula between the Peenestrom and the Achterwasser. A bathing possibility at the Peenestrom/Achterwasser is approx. 150 m away from the property, to the imperial baths (Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck) it is approx. 25 km.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.
