Located in the picturesque Upper Möll Valley and surrounded by the impressive peaks of the Hohe Tauern, this stylish and cozy 70 m² apartment accommodates up to 4 guests—ideal for couples, families, or friends.



The apartment features two separate bedrooms with high-quality, comfortable beds and ample storage. The modern bathroom includes a shower. The bright open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—perfect for cooking and spending time together. Underfloor heating in all rooms ensures comfort year-round.



For your convenience, you have high-speed internet (ideal for streaming or working remotely), cable TV with three televisions, a washing machine, and a dedicated workspace. A baby cot is available on request.



Relax in the large shared garden, enjoy the sun, or breathe in the fresh mountain air. The covered terrace offers beautiful mountain views, and a barbecue is available for shared use. Children will enjoy the playground right on the property.



Two shared parking spaces are available in front of the house, including one covered spot.



Check-in is from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. (flexible times available upon request). Events are not permitted.
