"This vacation rental exceeded all our expectations. The property was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped/stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, secluded enough for peace and quiet, yet close to stunning attractions. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and made check-in/out a breeze. " This modern house has many nice features—including a sauna, hot tub, and full laundry room. The views from the walls of collapsible accordion doors are stunning. However, a lot of space is devoted to the porch and living room while two of the bedrooms are VERY small. We had three couples staying, and the two in the small rooms had to put their luggage in the living area since no room to walk in room otherwise. The two small rooms might be more appropriate for children than adults. ALSO...

"Photos can not capture the beautiful scenery at the villa. You are surrounded by nature and the view of the Northern Lights surrounds the area when they are dancing. Our teens, young adults, middle-aged, and senior family members were all able to enjoy the spacious layout. Travel to local sights is easy and worth it in order to be in the tranquil quiet by the lake. I highly recommend staying here. The owners are wonderful hosts."

"Check in was easy, the cottage is in a gated neighborhood and the directions for entry were clear. Kitchen had lots of accessories to make cooking easy. "

"Great location for visiting the Golden Circle. Lovely view. Good restaurant nearby. Kids loved the hot tub. Very clan, good Wi-Fi, great bathroom and kitchen facilities. "

The outside area is very large and offered several sitting areas for both relaxing and eating. The host provided great information for fetures in the house. Wold love to stay here again. "Great stay! My husband and I were traveling with our adult son and girlfriend, and had plenty of room. The back deck with the hot tub was great. Location for us worked out perfectly as we visited Stokkur Geysir and Gullfoss to the North and Kerid Crater to the South. We walked down to Restaurant Mika and the wine bar at Friðheimar for our 2 dinners which were delightful. Also the coffee machine was a huge hit for us. We cooked breakfast both mornings with a full kitchen. The TV and WiFi worked...
