"This was a great house to stay at for our purposes, which was skiing at Cannon. Nice and close! Also pet friendly, which was hugely important to us. It’s a little inconvenient that there is no exit to the outside from the main floor. Property was clean, comfortable, good spot, quiet, and perfect proximity to the mountain."

During our stay, it didn't get over 76 degrees so it wasn't an issue, These 2 units would not be able to keep up on hot days and they are in the common areas so the bedrooms would not be cooled.The kitchen is not well stocked. This is not an issue if you don't plan to cook any meals.The upstairs bathroom fan works fine. The downstairs bathroom fan needs to be replaced. It takes over 2 minutes to get...

"The house was as described. We had everything we needed. Everything was set up very welcoming, and it was comfortable and homey. The communication with the owner via email was great. The actual property manager was slow to respond until we were assigned a guest host which went great after that. Check in was easy. "Very pretty cottage. Everything was very clean and up to date. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were a little hard to maneuver for my husband who has back issues, so we slept on the murphy bed, that was very comfortable. We also would have needed to carry the dogs up the steps. The outdoor area was very nice. We were only there for two nights. Wished we had more time to relax and enjoy. The list of things to do and places to eats was also a nice addition. "
