"The number of beds (sleeps 20) is quite misleading. We found that the bunkhouse option was out of the question. We saw a bat, the sleeping pads were covered in dead bugs and stains from who knows what. No one, not even our more adventurous kids would sleep out there. Made the sleeping conditions inside the house very cramped. Cooking pans were grungy and we had to wash them before we dared use them. The wafer of soap in the bathrooms was pitiful. "The sunrise was beautiful and breathtaking. The house is cozy and inviting. There are three bedrooms upstairs one of them has a bunk bed and a full bathroom upstairs. Bottom has one. Bedroom and a half bath with a washer dryer. The wraparound patio is great. There is a jacuzzi but we didn’t use it. The host was very friendly and was extremely helpful with any questions we had which was an extreme bonus. The view hands down was beautiful."

"There were 14 of us who stayed here! It was roomy and comfortable. It was a beautiful home. There was a wonderful view of Bear Lake. Grandpa and grandson watched the sun come up from the deck. It was well stocked with supplies and amenities. We enjoyed our stay!"

"We visited Garden City for the Bear Bear Lake Trifecta and did not want to rent a large townhome. This house was the perfect size. The insides are immaculate and well appointed, the beds are nice to sleep in, the washing machines are huge. All the sofas are great. Everything works great. It’s clean. It’s wonderful and on top of that, the price is fantastic. You will be glad you stayed here."

"Negatives: Certain things about the property made us question whether the cabin was previously cleaned or at best not cleaned thoroughly. The sheets had a few dirt stains on them and the bed sheets did not appear to have been changed. The sheets were wrinkled and the pillows were out of sorts which made us question whether they were previously changed. "Thought it was a great location. It was not clean leaves and hair in the shower and it was dripping. The shower curtain has black mold. No porch light on and only 1 chair. No coffee, a pot to brew coffee but no coffee or filters. Therefore not worth the price we paid."

"We had a great family stay here. Big place. Large garage with ping pong and a foosball table. The ice machine was nice to have. Deck was a fun hangout in the evening. Good yard our dogs enjoyed. Smart tv for air casting. Did I mention it’s big? 3 full size fridges. Location is close to town and the lake. I would stay again."

"Our stay at Cabin #8 was great. Location was amazing, right next to the Pickleville Theater. The cabin was not the cleanest and the bunkbeds sheets didn’t seem to changed from the last guest due to the dog hair all over the bed. Other than that everything was great. I would bring plastic cutlery and dishes for your use. The selection they have is pretty random. Overall, I would stay there again."

"Overall this was a good place to stay. Interior matches pictures, but we wish there would have been pictures of the exterior. We had a boat with us and the houses are so close together with minimal parking, so it made it difficult for us. Didn’t love the placement of the hot tub as it provided no privacy from neighbors so we didn’t even use it. There were also some used water bottles left on the counter when we arrived, as well as crumbs and whole crackers on the floor in the living room....
