When I brought this to the owner's attention, she was dismissive and then became hostile and said I left too much hair in the shower and my long black hair was everywhere. "Fully equipped. The house was exceptional. Clean and it interesting to stay in a house with traditional Mexican construction. The location was excellent for restaurants, the old Taos, and even the supermarket. "

She switched us to a rustic property outside town, 911 Upper Ranchito Road. While charming and clean, the property wasn't what we hoped for for our brother's 60th birthday trip. Most significantly, instead of three bedrooms it had two with a detached casita that required going outside to get to an outhouse. "
