"Front desk support when doing the check in was nice, she changed my room to a higher floor. Great facilities and the kitchen was very complete. My only complain was during the check out (10:00), when the front desk said they couldn't store my luggages (didn't mention the reason), cause my next check in would be at 4PM. But in summary, I still recommend. "

"Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables). "Great property all around! Ideal location close enough to the pier but far enough for exclusive beach access that is not crowded. It was a great experience for children under 2 - 10 years old. Ideal for spending some time at the beach and near Disneyland. Very easy check-in and out process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine.
