Die Terrasse und der kleine Garten laden zum Frühstücken bei bestem Blick auf die Natur ein und abends gab es on top noch den Sonnenuntergang über dem Haff. Die kleine Spiele/Schlafhöhle, die Tiere in der Nachbarschaft und reichliche Lese- und Spielzeugs haben auch unseren Kleinen begeistert. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viel zu unternehmen (Fahrrad, Spazieren, Waldbad, Café), auch gibt es diverse empfehlenswerte Tagesausflüge, z. B. zum Strand in Ueckermünde. Entsprechendes Informationsmaterial lag aus. Der Gastgeber war jederzeit unkompliziert zu erreichen. "
