"This was our repeat stay in Werzler. First time in the chalet and this time in the room. The resort is well maintained with attention to detail and excellent service. The Place has been tastefully done and some rare historic photographs, both from India and all over the world, adorn the reception area. "Stayed for one night as a stop over so didn't really get to explore the area but the room was lovely, large and airy. Large bed, towels and soap provided along with drinking water. A mosquito plug was provided. The bathroom was great, really clean and toilet paper was provided. The manager Shya (sorry if it is spelt wrong) was lovely, really helpful and made sure we were comfy. A booklet with things to do in the area was provided with some history of Kottayam which was nice to read.

"Property is located on the prime location. It’s a calm and silent area. But the facilities provided like electric kettle and all are damaged. Bathroom door handles were damaged in some rooms."
