"Thaw room and the property were wonderful. Unfortunately the only elevator in the building was out of order and the guest had to carry our own luggage to the upper floors. The staff did not offer any assistance. The work out room was not available because the battery on the electronic door was not working. The staff did not have a maintenance technician to fix the problem. Only a couple of the staff members were willing to help. The others didn’t want you to bother them.

"First of all, this was not a “hotel“ it was a motel that was billed to us and advertised to us as a “hotel. It was old and needed renovating. The property around was dirty and had litter on it. We stayed there for Three nights and had to ask for room service to be cleaned and towels. And they acted like it made a mad to give us clean towels. The bedsheets did not fit the bed. I will be very leery of a sure stay."

"We arrived a little before check in time but the front desk staff was very accommodating and ensured our room was ready as soon as possible. She also gave us a helpful list of local restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean and the hot breakfast was excellent. We were not traveling with pets this trip, but the hotel is pet-friendly with safe walking areas outside."
