Our holiday home, which is a Swedish wooden house, has a size of 118 m² and offers accommodation for 8 people. The fenced property has a size of approx. 1000 m² and offers 3 parking spaces. On the property there is a grill, a fire bowl and a large trampoline. Furthermore, play equipment such as skateboard, children's bike, balance bike, pedal car and Kettcar can be used. Immediately in front of the property there is a sandpit, which you can see from the beautiful large south terrace of the house. The house was completed in 2015 and is a KfW 70 house with a heat pump and fresh air system. It is equipped with the smoke detectors required by law.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, two with double beds and the third bedroom with 2 pull-out beds (4 beds). Two bedrooms also have TVs. Furthermore, the large modern bathroom is upstairs. This is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling wellness shower, bathtub, toilet, vanity, hairdryer and underfloor heating.
On the ground floor you will find a guest toilet with shower and a small vanity, the utility room with washing machine and dryer, the use of which is included in the rental price, as well as the large fitted kitchen with electric stove with ceramic hob, separate oven, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. In addition to other kitchen appliances, we offer you a coffee machine, a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle and a toaster. The kitchen has a large extendable dining table with a corner leather lounge group that can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The beautiful living room with 3-piece leather seating group and huge flat screen connects to the kitchen. A surround system and a 3D Blu-ray player are available for technical devices. There is also a beautiful fireplace in the living room, which creates a cozy atmosphere, especially in the winter months. The entire ground floor is heated by underfloor heating.
