Every detail has been considered to delight - from the luxurious king beds in both bedrooms, to the extra large shower to the cozy living room and treasures sprinkled throughout. Best of all is the location. You’ll love staying here!
Our friend Emily helps us take care of the place - She lives nearby and if we are unable to assist you, she's happy to step in with a helping hand. But we hope we’ve thought of everything already!
The Stadium Heights area is a peaceful neighborhood with plenty of green space along with close access to ALL the necessaries. You are within walking distance of restaurants, groceries, Duke Regional Hospital, Durham County Stadium and Rock Quarry Park - it’s not much farther to the Ellerbee Creek Trail and the Museum of Life and Science!
You'll enjoy full access to the entire apartment; however, you will not have access to the garage or the back yard.
You’ll feel at peace the moment you walk through the door! The cool colors, comfortable furniture and little details will welcome you right into the great room. You can cozy up on the L-shaped sofa to read or stream your favorite show. The 4-person dining table doubles as a work space - the giant windows bring in plenty of natural light. The brand new kitchen includes all the amenities - large and small - that you need to make your favorite meal, or just to heat up leftovers from one of the Bull City’s award winning eateries.
Both bedrooms contain sumptuous King size beds, double wide closets and plenty of space to unpack. The rooms are painted a soothing dark blue, have black out curtains, and noise machines to ensure a restful night of sleep.
The bathroom is also stocked with the essentials and things you may have forgotten! And you’ll love the extra large shower.

We are a 7 minute ride share trip or drive to downtown or Duke. We are even closer to I-85 and I-70.
Without a vehicle? You can get to downtown Durham (3miles) entirely on the Ellerbee Creek Trail, via the Stadium Rd trailhead.
Stadium Heights is the best of both worlds - quiet enough to be peaceful, but close to all the conveniences! You’ll be an easy bike/drive/Uber/Lyft distance to:

Durham Amtrak, Bus Station and MegaBus pick up are downtown, 3.5 miles away
I-85, with access to I-40, Hwy 70 & NC 147/885, is just 1.5 miles away
It’s easy to get to Raleigh (25mi), Chapel Hill (15.5mi), or RTP (12mi) with a car, cab or Lyft/Uber.
As stated in the house rules, there is an automatic minimum $250 service fee for any violations of house rules that require additional cleaning and/or cause damage. We have tried to make it comfortable for you and all future guests, and have been thoughtful in the amenities we provide. We appreciate you for exercising the same level of thought and care when staying here.
Please be especially mindful of the exterior stairs!
We do ask that guests are relatively quiet after 10 PM, as a courtesy to neighbors. Parties and loud groups are not permitted. Thanks for helping us be good neighbors.
Smoking or vaping of any substances is not permitted on the premises.
No pets are permitted at this apartment.
Reservations longer than 28 nights may incur additional fees.
