Just 2 blocks from Duke East Campus and a short walk to downtown cafés, restaurants, and parks, this space is a guest favorite for its comfort, location, and charm. Enjoy a queen bedroom, flexible living room, and everything you need for a relaxed stay or remote work base.

Guests have private access to the entire first-floor apartment and the covered back deck.
Shared spaces in the home include:
• The fenced backyard (shared with other apartments in the building)
• The entry foyer
• The basement laundry area, which is accessible to all four apartments in the home via the interior stairwell. The laundry space is convenient for longer stays and well-maintained for guest use.
Off-street parking for 1 vehicle is also available for guest convenience.
This second-floor suite is part of a thoughtfully divided historic home in Trinity Park. The layout reflects the character of an early 1900s residence that has been converted into separate private guest spaces.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire suite, which includes a private bedroom and a flexible adjoining living area. The living room is accessed through the home’s shared interior hallway, a feature of the original home layout that has been preserved rather than rebuilt—adding to the charm and historic feel.
