This apartment is in a FANTASTIC location! Conveniently located in the heart of Raleigh and within walking distance to downtown and Glenwood South. North Hills and The Village District, which hosts some of Raleigh’s premier restaurants, shopping and nightlife, are very close. NCSU is just minutes away. 10 minutes to PNC Arena and NC State Fairgrounds and 15 minutes to RDU International Airport. Red Hat Amphitheater, Lincoln theater, the Ritz music venue are all within 5-10 minutes of this listing.

Apartment features include one guest suite with a queen bed and a single rollaway bed.

Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are included.

Fletcher Park is within walking distance and has beautiful walking trails all through it, two public tennis courts and a full-size basketball court. There are also summer concerts in the park.

It is self check in so anytime you arrive after 4:00 is fine. I will always just be a phone call away if needed but allow you privacy to enjoy your space.

This apartment has two off street parking spaces.
No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation. Failure to abide by the house rules will be cause for the loss of the deposit.

The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.

We allow children with the following stipulations:
-Guests are responsible for any and all necessary `baby proofing`
-Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times

PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the apartment. It is only on the outside of the apartment, there are no cameras inside the apartment. There is a noise monitoring device inside the apartment, this detects noise levels only without recording or listening.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation for 48 hours, as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email)
After that, guests can cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee.

For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
