Perfect for business in Raleigh!
Three people from our organization stayed here while attending a week long conference at the Mariott at Crabtree. We saved so much money renting this wonderful home as compared to three hotel rooms, yet we were only 15 minutes away. The house was spotless and had everything we needed (and more). The beds were comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast and the neighborhood, while busy, was quiet. The couple of times we needed to contact our hosts, they responded within minutes and were very gracious. If you're in Raleigh on business, I definitely recommend this property!

Excellent Hotel Alternative for a family group
The property was very clean and comfortable. It also provided adequate room for four to six family members. We appreciated it as a less expensive alternative to two hotel rooms in a nice hotel near downtown Raleigh.

It was very peaceful and nice and the house was the same as the pictures! I would change the comforter set in the master bedroom! Lol but other than that I definitely recommend!

Lovely home - great place
We really enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. The house is perfect for a family of six. We had a wedding to attend just up the road and we could not have had a better place. We absolutely will stay here again

Great time in Raleigh
We are 4 sewers who went to Raleigh for a quilting convention. So, a good time was almost guaranteed. The property was perfect, close to downtown, clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had no issues so we didn't need to communicate with the host once we got directions to get in the house. We would certainly select this home if ever in Raleigh again.

Excellent Wedding weekend stay
We were in town for our sons wedding and stayed here with family. The property was just as described and was perfect for us. The host was exception to work with, responded quickly to questions and was so accommodating to our needs and requests. We will for sure recommend this home to our friends and family and will stay here again.

Worth every penny
This house was perfect for our group. The house had plenty of room for our group of 4. The house was clean and the location was perfect. This place is ideal for longer stays or just an overnight. You will not be disappointed. With 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 3 couples or a family. The location is in a quiet neighborhood & it feels safe.

Great House
Great house, we just stayed one night on our way to Myrtle Beach. So for us it worked perfectly, but it would be nice for an extended stay as well. Very clean and well maintained. Cozy and plenty of room for 4 adults.

Perfect home for short term stay
This is a wonderful place for a short-term stay. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It is a convenient location to the airport, restaurants and shopping. The owner was very communicative and responsive. I would give him over 5 stars. If you want to cook large meals, the kitchen is minimally stocked. The silverware and dishes provided were only enough for a couple of people. I suspect that these items have disappeared over time. The home was a very quiet neighborhood and a short drive to the Neuse River Trail. If you are seeking a place to enjoy the backyard, this would not be the place. The landscaping around the house is sparse and there is a big dip in the backyard so it is not a great outdoor entertainment space. This was the perfect place for us for a few days to check out a local medical school.

Only issue we had was not having the packnplay that we needed. Mateo was able to send someone to get it out of the locked closet but it took several hours. Otherwise, excellent for our family!

House was exactly as described - very clean inside. There was a broken glass fragments outside but wearing shoes anyway. The girls trip was quiet wonderful especially with the owners suggests of things to do!!!

Clean + Spacious
This is truly the cleanest house-stay ive ever stayed in. The house is extremely well taken care of and had everything you need to cook/serve food. They even label the soaps in the shower. The location is a short drive/Uber away from downtown raleigh. The host has excellent communication skills through and through. We stayed here as a group for a bachelorette weekend and honestly it was so much better than I ever expected. Chairs on the porch to sit out, CLEAN linen, giant television. This was absolutely perfect. I would stay at any property this host has.

You will not be disappointed.
We were more than happy with our visit. The house was just as the pictures and more. Matty was an awesome host. Questions were answered right away with no hesitation. The neighborhood was well lite and groomed, as was the house. The house extremely clean and well stocked. The scented candle and potpourri was a special touch. The ring security system made us feel more at ease. I highly recommend this property.You won't be disappointed.

Pretty House Beautiful Neighborhood
We overall enjoyed our stay in this single level detached home. It was a short drive to shopping when we needed supplies. The neighborhood was quite and reminded me of a block on a movie set. Very pretty. Sit out front in the evening or in back. Both options were perfect! My family also experienced the small beach nearby.

Cute home in Raleigh!
We stayed two nights to attend NCSU graduation for our daughter. We found this house to be exactly as advertised. It was clean and conveniently located 15 to 20 minutes away from campus. Host provided recommendations on shopping and dining which were appreciated. Instructions on checking in were informative and easy to follow. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to stay in this cute little home!
