"Appartement très très sale (wc, sol, douche, dessous de lit. Il manquait des caches électriques et les radiateurs mal fixés au mur, pas de brosse wc, etc etc la liste est longue. Heureusement que nous sommes arrivés à 17h et pas dans la nuit. Nous avons eu le temps de contacter Abritel et de trouver un hôtel."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel. It was so modern and had a lovely feel to it. The young lady on reception was wonderful. She made us feel very welcome and was very helpful and informative. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner as it was a Sunday but she gave us information on where we could eat and it was easy to find and very good with a lot of choice Everywhere was spotless and our room was excellent. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely go there again."

"Good place to stay in Valencienne. In fact, this is an appart-hotel and you need to keep the kitchen clean by yourself. The reception is not the most kind in the world, but they are efficient. The rooms are very new, clean and quiet. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but at side of Le Phenix center, and you can go to the center walking some minutes. In front of the hotel is a supermarket were you can buy anything you want for your meals. It is 10 minutos away from the train station...

"We are a family of five that regularly travels through France, but it is hard to find accommodation that fits us all plus the dog. This hotel was amazing. Everything looks new, it is quiet, and facilities like the bar and gym were great. Superb service. Modern and we loved the location for a short stop over. We will definitely look to stay again. "Our stay was amazing! The hotel was exactly what we where looking for. Oscar was also amazing. He helped us with locating a pharmacy late in the night, reserved a wonderful restaurant dinner for us, helped me find a ATM and provided some information around the hotel and the town. He is a big asset to your hotel. We hope to be back in the near future for another stay. "

"Superb property with great amenities. Location is great as we were able to do day-trips to a few places. Sergio was great as a host and made check in and check out a very pleasant experience. "Wij zaten in de kamer ‘etang’. Alles was netjes verzorgd. Het was heel erg warm buiten, de dagen dat wij er waren, maar binnen was het heerlijk koel en bleef het ook koel. Verder heb je een gigantische tuin tot je beschikking met grote bomen die zorgen voor de nodige verkoeling en met een mooi uitzicht op de grazende paarden. Al met al echt een aanrader!"

"Upon check-in the reception inform me that I had been “upgraded” to a room located in annex building. I had explicitly reserved the main building to enjoy the charm of the old church! While being a larger room bathe decoration was quite basic and impersonal, the internet didn’t work and it was very, very noisy due to lack of isolation in the emergency door facing the hotel parking lot gate. Result, what was expected to be a relax romantic night end up in sleepless night due to the noises of the garage gate. The breakfast was good, but it didn’t overcome the bad night experience."
