All rooms are beautifully decorated in the Coastal Hampton style with ocean hues, natural materials and fabric and these are all complimented with Wayfarers natural light. Free Wifi.

Less than 180 meters to the surf patrolled beach which is situated down the stairs directly in front of the park. Main street, restaurants and shops are all within a 3 minute walk so you can enjoy a night out without the hassle of organizing transport.
Sit on the front deck behind the solid timber bar with a drink overlooking the parkland, or in the fully screened side deck allowing guests to relax and unwind in all weather conditions. Master bedroom has a powder room, adjoining deck and a queen bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed and two single beds, plus a small patio with seating area.

Large 55 inch flat screen TV and comfortable modern leather lounges add to the popularity of this house. Nespresso coffee machine, ceiling fans and air conditioning in all areas of the house. Well maintained lawns and gardens add a sense of space to the property which also allow for off street parking. The yard is also fully fenced which is perfect for kids and pets. (Pets welcome outdoors only please).

No requirement to bring your own linen - all beds are made for your arrival just unpack and enjoy! Please supply your own personal and household items such as hair and body products, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.

Sleeps six in two x queen size beds and two single beds.

Please note: This property is located is located in residential area and has a strictly no parties or functions policy.
Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.

We supply an initial amount of personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc; however you will need to byo after this supply has been utilised.
