Two covered timber decks upstairs offer a choice between basking in the winter sun on the northern deck or enjoying the cool, sea breezes in summer from the large southern deck. A third deck downstairs offers another option for family and friends to spread out and relax.

A multitude of large windows and sliding doors (all fully screened) create a close connection to the surrounding bushland and allow for cross ventilation. The large open plan design upstairs allows the family to reconnect and relax and the house is large enough to accommodate eight people. High ceilings and blackbutt timber floors add to the spacious modern feel. Smart TV.
This is an executive style beach-house with a fully equipped granite kitchen and an open plan lounge / dining with seating for eight. Outside on the rear deck is a BBQ and a table with seating for eight. Upstairs are three bedrooms - master with king bed and ensuite, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two x single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and bath. All rooms and the rear deck have cooling overhead ceiling fans.

Downstairs is a large bedroom with two single beds as well as a TV and DVD providing an alternative space for children. This room has direct access to the downstairs deck area. The laundry and outdoor shower are also located downstairs along with a double lock up garage.

Enjoy close proximity to all of the local attractions - Rainbow Beach, Inskip Point, Fraser Island, Tin Can Bay, Carlo Point, Coloured Sands and Double Island Point, world heritage listed Cooloola National Park.

This is a beach-house that will allow you to re-charge your batteries and totally relax. The beach is so close you hear the waves breaking and the full moon can be viewed through the high set windows as it makes its way across the night sky. 8 Belle will provide you with a memorable holiday experience.

Sleeps eight in one x king size bed, one x queen size bed and four x single beds.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.
