"Wonderful hotel with great rooms. Easy access to a lot attractions in Pigeon Forge, and great amenities like the pools. Highly recommend!"

"I had a reservation through Expedia for 3 nights unfortunately I got sick running a fever had to check out early When I checked out I told the hotel clerk why I had to check out early. I asked for a receipt he told me I’d have to get it from Expedia I asked again and he refused to give any documentation So Apple Valley Inn refused to give me a refund for having to check out early because of my illness That’s cold hearted. Thanks for nothing Apple Valley Inn"

"First let me say the condo was nice. But it really is not a resort. No lobby, no pool, no hot tub, no outside sitting area. Only has 2 small areas about 4ft x 10 or 12ft long with a piece of workout equipment at each end. So I guess the $30 per night resort fee is for that!! Condo pictures show extra chair in living room and bar stools there was neither only a sofa. Bathrooms are small with only showers which have rain fall heads with no handheld wond so not the best for showering. Masterbath...

"I had to kill about 5 stink bugs in the room, they kept getting in from somewhere, that was rather annoying, but not as much as the AC not working and the property knowing about it because they had put in a box fan and portable heater in the room for use before I even got the room. So there is no telling how long that has been going on. The conjoining room door is not insulated well at all, I could hear the neighbors entire conversation even with the tv on. It is an ok room if you want to save...

"Spacious room with kitchen and balcony. Enjoyed the fire pit too."

"Bom custo benefício. "

"Equipe da recepção é fraca"

"Our room was on the first floor. The floor felt damp and gritty. The bed and sheets also felt damp. Breakfast was good. Location was good."

"O único porém desse hotel é que não tem segurança. A porta do quarto dá direto para a rua. Qualquer pessoa pode bater à sua porta. Não existe nem uma grade para proteção da rua!"

"We stayed on the first floor. We had a door at the back of the room that opened to a beautiful view of the river. Lots ducks."

"We came with our friends and reserved 2 rooms. 3 people per room. Our friends wanted double queen beds but got a king bed with a couch which didn't really work for them. They had to contact the front desk multiple times to get extra set of linens and a blanket for the couch so one of the kids could sleep on it. Our room had 2 queen beds but the linens on one of the beds looked like they were never changed from previous guests. There was black chunks of fabric and lint all over it. At least we...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort exceeded every expectation! If you’re looking for an upscale getaway in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. The resort truly has everything you could want. The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is the location. You’re only about 6 minutes from grocery stores and...
