Villa Sole Mare is a detached villa with large outdoor spaces, ideal for holidays focused on relaxation and socializing, just a few minutes from the beaches of Marina di Ragusa (Blue Flag).

The property offers a large private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing and cooling off during the hottest hours. There are also two outdoor showers, perfect for the pool area.

The well-kept and lush garden is enriched with native Mediterranean plants such as palms, olive trees, and citrus trees, creating an authentic and relaxing atmosphere.

Outside you will find a large veranda and a patio equipped with garden furniture, a dining table, and a built-in barbecue, ideal for lunches and dinners outdoors. For leisure time, a foosball table is also available.

The villa is located in a strategic position: just a few steps from the crystal-clear sea of Marina di Ragusa and about 10 km from the beautiful baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla, a heritage of history and culture.
