    Villa Afrodite é uma vila maravilhosa e elegante, localizada a poucos quilômetros de Ragusa e no caminho que leva até as praias de Marina di Ragusa e Punta Secca.
    Recentemente construído, está rodeado por um grande jardim bem cuidado Mediterrâneo (800 m²), equipado com mesa de jantar, guarda-sol e churrasqueira, para refeições ao ar livre saborosos.
    A área externa é reforçada por uma varanda com piscina de borda infinita privativa (7x10 m), iluminada à noite e equipados com espreguiçadeiras e alto-falantes (por cabo rádio). A partir daí você pode admirar uma vista deslumbrante sobre o vale e da costa do Mediterrâneo.
    Além disso, à disposição dos hóspedes um campo de bowling e um campo de ténis / mini-futebol, ideal para passar tardes agradáveis dedicadas à diversão e desporto.
    A propriedade tem uma superfície interna de cerca de 500 metros quadrados divididos em 3 andares. Elegante e moderno, pode acomodar até 8 pessoas.

    No piso térreo, ao nível da piscina, você vai encontrar uma sala grande e brilhante, com acesso directo à varanda e piscina, com sofás confortáveis, televisão de ecrã plasma por satélite, lareira e mesa de jantar para 8 pessoas. A sala de estar tem uma vista maravilhosa sobre a piscina e todo o vale, graças à sua grande parede de vidro.
    Na sequência de uma cozinha funcional e oi-tech, totalmente equipada com utensílios de cozinha, grande forno elétrico, pequeno forno elétrico, microondas, geladeira, freezer e máquina de lavar louça.
    Por fim, há um quarto duplo com TV, DVD / VHS e banheiro privativo com pia dupla e instalações de bem-estar (como chuveiro de hidromassagem e banheira de hidromassagem).

    No piso superior há dois quartos duplos com vista panorâmica, elegantemente decorados e ambos equipados com casa de banho com cabine de duche.

    A área do porão é composta por: um quarto duplo com banheiro privativo e antecâmara com entrada independente; uma casa de banho com box de chuveiro e lavanderia; uma grande sala de jogos, equipada com ping-pong e mesa de sinuca, matraquilhos e dardos, ideal para a diversão de adultos e crianças. Uma garagem (para 4 carros) e um canto de lavanderia (fornecido com pia e máquina de lavar) formam o restante deste andar.

Una bellissima esperienza in una casa accogliente e ben organizzata Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. La casa è risultata impeccabile: ordinata, luminosa e dotata di ogni comfort necessario per rendere la vacanza piacevole e rilassante. Le camere da letto sono spaziose, pulite e invitanti, mentre la sala giochi è ben fornita di giochi e intrattenimenti, anche se alcuni risultano un po' datati e usurati. Quello che ci ha colpito positivamente è stata la tempestività nella gestione dei piccoli inconvenienti riscontrati: sono stati risolti in brevissimo tempo, permettendoci di godere di un soggiorno sereno e senza stress. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi una vacanza tranquilla in un ambiente accogliente.

Amazing villa with views

This villa was amazing!, beautiful views from the terrace and the infinity pool which was lit up at night. Totally clean and comfortable, really spacious, everything provided. The games room and tennis court were a real bonus for a large group. Well located for short drive to the beaches or into Ragusa. Host is lovely.

Wir waren im Oktober 2025 zu Gast. Leider ist das Haus deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Punkte, die uns besonders aufgefallen sind: Die Dichtungen in den Duschen waren unsauber, das Thermostat ließ sich kaum regulieren – entweder kalt oder zu heiß. Am zweiten Abend fiel die Elektronik des Tores aus. Der Hausmeister musste kommen und die Anlage abklemmen, sodass wir das Tor anschließend nur noch manuell öffnen und schließen konnten. Dadurch war das Grundstück jederzeit frei zugänglich.Auch im Inneren gab es Mängel: z.B.Die große Balkontür war so schwergängig, dass der Schlüssel abbrach (wir haben ihn ersetzen lassen). Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, weil ein Teil des unteren Sprüharms abgebrochen war. In der Küche sind einige Schränke defekt und nicht nutzbar, der Tisch klebrig – wir haben kurzerhand ein Bettlaken als Tischdecke verwendet. Die Stühle sind stark abgenutzt; neue wären definitiv angebracht. Der Pool wurde trotz vorheriger Ankündigung nicht gereinigt.Besonders problematisch sind die unteren Schlafzimmer: Sie sind sehr feucht und voller Ameisen und Tausendfüßler. In einem Raum war anfangs alles voller Ameisen, da die Türdichtungen defekt sind.Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass anfangs auf unsere Beschwerden reagiert wurde. Nach einigen Tagen haben wir jedoch aufgehört zu reklamieren, weil es einfach zu viel wurde. Wir haben dann versucht, das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt zu machen. Wir, Gruppe von 8 Personen würden dieses Anwesen jedoch nicht mehr buchen.

Fantastic house, view and pool

Great experience overall. The location is a bit isolated in a sparsely populated area and with a fantastic view. Supermarkets in nearby villages are about 15 minutes by car. A fantastic beach with crystal clear water is also easily reacheable appr. 15 min away by car. It is obvious that the house is used only for rental as small details are lacking. Examples include lack of any cutting board, broken light bulbs, no shelf/tray for putting schampo and soap in the shower, dull kitchen knives etc Minor details (very easily fixed) and the overall experience was fantastic!

Wir hatten trotz Corona eine super Zeit in der Villa. Die Villa ist riesig, perfekt für unsere Gruppe von sechs Personen. Die Organisation mit der Hospitality Managerin hat perfekt funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder die Villa mieten.

Schöne Villa,leider wird nicht danach geschaut, dass diese so schön bleibt.

Wir verbrachten mit 9 Personen Ferien im Oktober in dieser Villa. Beim buchen war nicht ersichtlich, dass sich 3 Schlafmöglichkeiten im Keller befinden. Dieser ist zwar gross aber nicht wirklich gemütlich und es hatte kein Fenster zum öffnen. Beim Nachfragen, ob es möglich wäre, zusätzlich Decken zu bekommen (leider war das Wetter sehr ungemütlich und am Abend auch schon kühl), war es nur nach mehrmaligen anrufen möglich, diese zu bekommen. Die Unterstützung vor Ort bei Fragen oder Problemen war nicht ideal. Auch das Geschirr für 9 Personen war doch sehr knapp, auch die Grösse vom Esstisch. Ich denke, die Villa ist eigentlich für 6 Personen ideal. Ein Vorteil waren die Möglichkeiten in der Villa sich zu beschäftigen. Tischtennisplatte,Billard,Tischkicker waren vorhanden. Deutsches Fernsehen gab es nicht, dafür aber WLAN. Der Pool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch, leider war der Pool aber selbst für die Kinder zu kalt zum baden.

Hilltop Hideaway With Stunning Views

We stayed at the villa with our 2 adult sons, their girlfriends and our 16 year old, and Villa Afrodite provided a beautiful space for us to holiday together. It's a really spacious villa and worked well with our large group. The best features are the larger than usual pool, the living space with French doors that open out onto the pool area. It's a clean, modern holiday home with 3 excellent bedrooms and ensuites. The fourth bedroom and bathroom is situated in the cavernous basement, which is rather a dark, scary place. There's so much unused space down there, and just some random bits of furniture, a dart board and a table football. My 16 year old son eventually got used to sleeping down there (he had no choice) but I can relate to the previous comments made about the basement. It's about a 20 minute drive to Marina di Ragusa where there are numerous restaurants and a lovely beach. We hired speedboats and spent a whole day on the water, which was lovely. The downside is that you can't walk anywhere as there is nothing local and there is a fairly busy road beneath the property, which I thought would be intrusive, but it actually wasn't a problem. There were a couple of niggles we had when we were there, that couldn't be fixed: the pool filters were broken we had to be careful not to stand on them; the netting to screen the tennis court from the next door property had ripped and fallen down, but was going to take a day to fix, so we lived with it as we used the tennis court every day; the kitchen desperately needs large tumbler glasses - a very easy and cheap thing to sort. As a holiday rental, it worked really well for our family. The pool, tennis court and living space and view are the best features of this property.

Lovely, with a few small

A nice holiday home, well equipped and spacious. Not giving 5 stars as the basement room and bathroom is of a much lower quality than the other rooms, despite the basement having ample space to fit a nice room. Also had a few issues such as being unable to turn off the hot towel rails (even after we asked the owners how) in very hot weather, and having been given incorrect instructions for taking out waste. Also a faulty bathroom door caused us problems.

Villa Afrodite is a stunning south facing hill side property with fabulous views to the coast

I stayed with my adult family - all in their 20's, that was a great place to just chill out or indulge in tennis, pool, table football, table tennis and swim. After my initial disappointing first impressions when we arrived, the place did grow on me and my adult children loved the space with all the activities on offer. This property is exclusively a holiday let, with minimalist furnishing & no personal items - books, DVD's, etc. Also very disappointing TV options, as unless you a keen fan of Tunisian 'free to view' ...... there is basically nothing, not even BBC World News or CNN. Doubly disappointing as the World Cup was on. The Wifi however is good. The 3 upper floor double bedrooms are excellent with good aircon, super comfortable beds, great en-suites and bathroom facilities (incl. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom). The fourth double bedroom is in the basement with no outside window - a serious 'short straw' last choice. My 21 year old son decided to sleep with his older brother in a double bed upstairs rather than use this bedroom. The property is a huge modern house with vast internal spaces & high ceilings, where an Architect has been let loose to make a statement. If you are into security there are safe quality steel doors throughout. However the electrics are very eccentric and temperamental - at first glance it all looks very impressive but their 15 year old tech is now out-dated and dodgy. The living area is very minimally furnished and definitely short of a sofa - would comfortably seat 5 but not if you want to stretch out with your feet up. The pool is lovely but the house is missing some shaded relaxing out-door space - as they have applied the same minimalist approach outside. The BBQ is a small charcoal Weber far too small to cook for a family, which for me was a massive let down as I love to BBQ - we only used it once. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but almost no cooking basics that you'd normally expect - you will have to buy everything from coffee, olive oil, sugar, etc. They did provide washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets - but I think what's there is what's been left over from previous guests. A beautiful house with a great view, but missing that bit extra to make your stay really great. 3.5 stars out 5.

Absolutely beautiful villa!!

Villa Afroditi is a beautiful property and made our visit to Sicily the perfect vacation! The views are stunning and the gardens are lovely. The villa is well maintained and spacious and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time there. A special Thank You to the owner and his associates who were very accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay the best vacation we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful spot to enjoy Sicily!!

Schitterende ruime villa met veel extra's

We verbleven hier met 8 personen van 24 juni tot 1 juli. De villa was prachtig. Ruime kamers en een prachtig zwembad. Het contact met Alessandra was prima, ze regelde extra sleutels en reageerde snel op vragen. Paar punten: De jacuzzi wordt niet warm in de avond als iedereen een douche heeft genomen en er waren te weinig handdoeken en theedoeken aanwezig. Een schoonmaak gedurende de week is geen overbodige luxe. Verder ben je afhankelijk van een auto omdat in de buurt niet veel te doen is, maar dit staat in de omschrijving goed weergegeven. Ik kan deze villa aanraden. Ronald de Waal
