The space is laid out as follows:

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and access to the VERANDA;

- VERANDA with a table, chairs, barbecue, and outdoor sink;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed and closet;

- BEDROOM III with two single beds;

- TWO BATHROOMS with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.

. The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Marina di Ragusa Climate Zone A: 5 hours per day from December 8 to March 7.



For check-ins between 9:00 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 30 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 40 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.
