Each townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms split over 2 levels, so all guests will enjoy their own private space. The townhouses have a similar layout meaning no-one misses out. Upstairs in each property you will find the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen with a large balcony overlooking the inner harbour.
Both living rooms are set around a gas fire, comfortable sofa and furnishings and double height ceilings. Each property has a large dining table comfortably sits 6, or you can dine al fresco on the solid concrete outdoor dining tables and take in the sunset over the harbour.
Or enjoy the evening lounging in the outdoor chairs, watching the sun as it hides behind Mount Karioi with your favourite gin in hand.
The stylishly designed brand new kitchens are complete with scullery, hob, oven, dish drawer, microwave and large fridge. Everything you need to cook up a feast and share with friends.
In each townhouse you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the upstairs floor. Townhouse number 2 has Master with a King bed and ensuite shower room. Plus a second bedroom with two single beds and use of the main bathroom next door with shower over bath. Townhouse number 3 has a Master with Queen bed and enuite shower room. Plus a second bedroom with a king bed and use of the main bathroom with shower over bath.
Downstairs each property has a large carpeted double garage. These can be utilised for parking 2 vehicles or storing additional sporting equipment such as a Jet ski, Kayak or bikes.
Off the garage (walk through the garage to access this room) you will find an expansive third bedroom – with identical layout in each property. Townhouse 2 has a Superking bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Townhouse 3 has a queen bed plus a day bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. These rooms also have a large sliding door opening to a private covered deck and outdoor area.
For extra comfort and luxury the townhouses have a centralised air conditioning and heating system. This can be controlled centrally and set for each bedroom for the perfect sleeping temperature summer or winter. Plus there is a gas fire in each living room for those cooler winter evenings.

Plus the option to take a surf lesson, horseback riding at Ruapuke beach, hire a kayak or stand-up paddle board to explore the harbour, mountain biking in the Raglan Mountain bike tracks or head for a tramp up Mt Karioi.
Raglan has something for everyone. And these townhouses are ideally located to explore the local area.
Surfers will love the big waves at world-famous Manu Bay. Nearby Cox Bay and Lorenzen Bay are great spots for swimming, kayaking and body boarding or just relaxing in the sunshine. You may even get lucky and spot one of the orcas that regularly come to visit the bays.
Also on offer in Raglan is fantastic bushwalking, golf, mini putt and, of course, plenty of fishing.
The vibrant café and arts scene in Raglan township is just a short drive away. There’s a wealth of delicious dining options to choose from, along with specialist arts and crafts shops to explore. Also within easy reach are the supermarket and shopping facilities.
Do as much or as little as you want – the choice is yours. Raglan is a fantastic holiday destination any time of year.

There is space for 2 cars to park in each garage. There is also of free parking on Stewart Street around the entrance to the townhouse for extra vehicles.
All linen, towels and basic amenities (soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, carton of milk) are included in your nightly rate.
Guest stays longer than 5 nights will be provided with additional bathroom linen for use during your stay.
For reservations longer than 10 days, on request, additional bed linen can be provided for you to change at your convenience. Our team will collect any dirty linen at a mutually agreed time.
All reservations include an end of stay cleaning fee. Sufficient cleaning products and equipment will be available at the property for use during your stay should you need it. We do not offer mid-stay cleaning services unless this has been pre-arranged at the time of booking and we have capacity in our cleaning schedule to book this in. All additional cleaning services including mid-stay bed making will incur additional costs.
Conveniently located on Wainui Road which is just a hop, skip and jump into the main street, but this may come with some road noise. The windows are double glazed and upstairs bedrooms positioned at the back of the property to minimise road noise, however if you are a light or sensitive sleeper, this should be something to consider.
We have a zero tolerance for unauthorised parties or events and you will be asked to vacate the property if there is reason for us to suspect guest misconduct.
Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full blue rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station (details in house info folder) or an additional charge of $25 per bag will be applied for disposal.
Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.
Any personal belongings left behind have a minimum $20 return fee + courier bag/packaging cost (regardless of size). This is to cover travel and time to the post office + administration for the return payment.
Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location around the town hall on Bow Street. Sorry but we are unable to host pets.
