Outstanding north facing 180 degree views overlooking the Tasman Sea. Wake up to the Tui's in the morning, mesmerised by beautiful sunsets at night...

This property truly has the wow factor. The moment you come through the entrance to the open plan living you will be wowed by the impressive views.

C-Scape villa is an immaculately presented home boasting open plan living areas. Master bedroom has outstanding views to wake up to from your bed with access onto deck (enjoy alfresco morning breakfast), large ensuite with shower, toilet and bidet with full size walk-in-wardrobe. Two double bedrooms complete with wardrobes, side tables and reading lights.

Heatpump in living area, oil column heaters in the bedrooms over winter months. We have a ceiling fan located in main living area over summer period. Due to natural breeze throughout property, we have never had to install aircon nor fans, just open the windows and you will get a lovely breeze.

Located towards end of quiet no exit road with off-street parking, if more than 1 vehicle.

Whilst holiday accommodation is situated on one level, there is a small apartment downstairs, which is tenanted out by a lovely, quiet couple.

TV: Freeview channels supplied, plus apps via apple devices only via your account.

We do not supply breakfasts however the basics of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil are provided. a plunger is also provided but you will need to bring plunger coffee.

Please note this property is also marketed across various websites, so please take this into account when submitting your enquiry as it may be possible we have "pending" bookings in place. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Nightly rental is based on 2 guests then $55 per person thereafter per night (full linens included).
Please note: 2 night minimum requirement booking.

Guests have complete level of home for themselves, no shared spaces.

Property is located 6.2km from Raglan township, 1.3km from one of Raglan's finest surf breaks; Manu Bay or 2.5km to Whale Bay/Indicators surf breaks. Manu Bay allows for easy launching of boat (tidal).

Straight across the road you can access the track to Bryant Memorial Scenic Reserve, take a stroll to the lookout (5 mins) or wonder down to Ngaruanui Beach (15 mins) - a must do whilst staying in Raglan!
TERMS OF CONDITIONS

No charging of electric vehicles, please use stations provided in Raglan township.

Cancellation by OWNER/MANAGER:
If, due to circumstances beyond our control, the property becomes unavailable or unfit for use, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your money in full.

Change of Dates:
If you wish to change your dates and you are within the 5 day cancellation policy period, you must do so 72hrs PRIOR to your original arrival date in order to receive full refund. If less than 72hrs, we will not refund due to last minute change.

Booking numbers:
Your booking has been "accepted" with the stated number of guests as per your enquiry. Please note number of guests applies to full duration of your stay, we do not allow for additional guests/visitors at any given time whilst staying at holiday home unless you have notified property manager prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in immediate termination of your stay, should this clause be breached. Numbers are placed on properties to ensure that the facilities are not stressed and the said property can cope with number of guests. If you could also please confirm whether couples or singles if you require linen, as this helps preparation of bedding configuration. Please note the guest name stated on enquiry is the person solely responsible for making enquiries, following through with emails and may not be transferable to another person at any given time.

Pets Policy:
Sorry, we do not allow any pets across any of our properties (this includes visitors).

Noise:
We ask you are respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after the hours of 9pm.

Strictly NO PARTY policy, we are very strict with this rule, if you breach this rule you may be asked to leave. Neighbours are very good at letting me know if noise levels are excessive through the night.

Smoking:
All of our properties have a non-smoking policy inside of holiday homes. We have supplied ashtrays under the kitchen sink to be taken outside. Please no open fires at any given time.

Safety:
We ask that children are supervised at all times across our properties. Our properties have either spas, ocean front, raised levels or are not children proof. Your children are your responsibility and we will not take any liability due to unforeseen acts of misconduct. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN SAFE WHERE SPAS ARE IN PLACE.

Breakages:
If at any given time during your stay there is damage caused or any breakages PLEASE LET THE PROPERTY MANAGER know straight away. If you have broken an item from the kitchen please leave a koha towards replacement ie wine glass, if a platter please leave appropriate replacement cost. Should further structural damage occur to property, excessive cleaning on carpets we will ask you to pay for this.

BBQ's:
All of our bbq's/webbers are cleaned pre your arrival. We do ask you leave bbq's in same condition as you found upon leaving property. If we find the bbq has not been cleaned pre your departure we will email you requesting $50 cleaning fee.

Linen:
All bookings include linen (this is quoted into nightly rental plus linen per person), including full bedding, towels, facecloths, hand towels, bathmats, tea towels and complimentary soap. Please note we DO NOT supply beach towels.

Rubbish/Recycling:
Raglan has a strong focus on waste and recycling, we ask you conduct your waste/recycling into categories:

• Prepaid blue bag = all rubbish from kitchen bin
• Green Caddy (on kitchen bench) = when full place into larger outdoor green caddy
• Green recycle bins = if you could separate your recycles please; glass in one, plastics separate; cans, tins, cardboard (no loo rolls) and paper in the other.

We appreciate your concerted effort to help out with regards to rubbish/recycling as it is not pleasant when we need to sift through your rubbish to sort recycling!

Upon leaving holiday accommodation:
You have paid a compulsory fee for cleaning, however we do ask guests leave holiday home as you found it, in particular wiping down kitchen benches. We ask beds are stripped of sheets and pillowcases and placed in laundry/bathroom areas and dishwasher (if provided) has been turned on before you depart.

Was a great location, clean and tidy however the property felt tired. for example there were no tap handles on the bath so couldn't use it and some of the usual crockery was missing, cupboard doors not closing properly Other than that it was a great place and would go back

Loved every minute. Certainly was up to expectations!! From south of Dunedin and had never been to Raglan before but we will definitely be back for longer next time.

What a stunning property! Although we were pre-warned about the driveway, it was an interesting challenge. From entering the front door, exploring the rooms, decks etc we were on holiday. There was a sense of disappointment that there were no taps for the bath because the view from the bath is spectacular. The beds are so comfortable, quality, clean linen, enough tea,coffee etc for the weekend. But overall - the view, the peace and the tranquility are the memories that will remain.

We were there for a family wedding at SolScape so the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the property, our only gripe was one of the duvet covers did not seem to have been dried in a timely way after washing and had a strange smell. But otherwise it was 5 star, with a view that never disappointed, morning day or night. Will try to book again in the future.

Communication was excellent. Very clear check in instructions. First impression was being totally blown away with the view. Lovely spacious lounge kitchen and dining especially as my children are teenagers. It was a short drive from town. A lovely track across the road to go to beach. This property was great for our family and I came home relaxed. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of nz. It reminds you what a special country we live in.

This was the third time we’ve stayed at this property and love it due to the location, deck for outdoor BBQs and quick access to the beach. The downstairs neighbours are very friendly too.

The views from this house are absolutely phenomenal. It is spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. We are looking forward to our return. Loved being able to walk across the road and into the track down to the beach.

The view was truly breathtaking and spaces were clean and felt very spacious. The occupants in the 2 bedrooms closest to the front could not sleep because of water pump or pump going all night. They ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. Is there a leak (hence pump going on all night)? Otherwise the bach was amazing! Thank you.

We loved the view that this property has to offer, it is stunning. Three great bedrooms (family of 5) and two bathrooms fit us well too. The location was great, we had a rental car, so it’s a quick and beautiful drive to town. Bring some beach towels if you come, and don’t miss out on the opportunity for some sunset cocktails on the deck! We enjoyed the groups of surfers and the sound of crashing waves. One thing that we weren’t expecting was the incredible night sky! We could actually see the light of the Milky Way without using a telescope. We aimed our dslr camera up and took some amazing nighttime shots of the stars! Incredible!! You’ll enjoy your time here, be sure to hit the beach and watch some of the great local surfers in action!
