Surrounded by gentle hills with olive groves, vineyards, and cypress trees, the house offers wide, panoramic views of the classic Chianti landscape. A well-kept garden, a shaded pergola with a dining table, and a private pool create the perfect setting for relaxing holidays.



The location is quiet and rural, yet perfectly placed for exploring the region. The medieval village of Volpaia, with its welcoming restaurants such as Bar Ucci and La Bottega, is just a five-minute drive away. Radda in Chianti, about five kilometres away, offers shops, lovely restaurants, and a small supermarket. The organic winery L’Erta di Radda is located right next to the house and is one of many in the area. Siena, Florence, Arezzo, and San Gimignano are also easy to reach for day trips.

The single-storey house combines traditional Tuscan architecture with a bright, inviting atmosphere. Wooden beam ceilings and terracotta floors give the rooms their authentic character. The interior is simple, comfortable, and harmoniously furnished.



Fico del Corno is adjacent to another building that is permanently inhabited. However, the garden and pool are for the exclusive use of guests and ensure complete privacy.
