"Overall a very nice, convenient location in the Rockland area. Host(s) were very responsive to a few minor issues. As it appears that this is actually someone's residence and not just a rental, it has absolutely EVERYTHING you can imagine you would need, and of high quality. "Waterfront" is true but a bit of a misnomer as it is across the street and not really visible through the trees. The "beach" is rocky and not a place for a towel or swim - just be aware. There is room galore, tables...

"We had 6 adults (3 generations) staying in this beautiful house in Friendship, ME. It was so clean and so spacious. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The water access was amazing. We saw fireworks over the harbor our first and last nights. We visited several nearby towns and ate lobster every day. Gil and Sharon were fabulous hosts. The only thing I can say about the listing is that it was even better than the pictures."
