"This was a quiet little getaway spot with activities to do on the property. I would definitely book this again. "

"This is a great property. Peaceful, surrounded by fields & forests, birds singing, and fresh air. Wonderful parks and trails near by. Dan was a great host. I want to come back and stay in the fall and winter. This would also be a great place for a family get away"

"Quiet, clean and in a friendly neighborhood. Staying there took some of the stress out of my Mayo Clinic visits. I always worry about my follow-up visits, but a good quiet place to stay helps me let that go."

"The home was immaculate! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. All of the extras around the house was very thoughtful. The kitchen had every utensil we would have needed to cook anything.The livingroom was very comfortable with more than enough furniture for a family, there was only 2 of us. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. We had good night sleeps every night. The adjustable bed was very nice!We had fun playing ping pong even though my husband cheats and won every...

"Nice quiet working class neighborhood. Walked my dog several times a day without concern. Downstairs renters very friendly. Comfortable beds. Toys for children. Spacious. Not far from Mayo. Wooded area behind house. Deer walk around. You’re in town but also feels like you’re in country."

"Exactly as described. No hidden details that we missed. Nothing misrepresented. I appreciate that. We requested more towels and they were delivered maybe an hour after requested. Would definitely come back. "

"Very nice house at a price significantly less than a hotel room for the week."

"Cute little rental, nicely decorated, very clean. The rental was stocked with the essentials which was nice. It was located in the city but very quiet neighborhood. During our stay it was in the 90’s so the nice air conditioning was appreciated. Went to use the grill on the last day but there was no gas just two empty propane tanks. Owners were very pleasant and very quick to respond during reservation."

"Wonderful quiet, pretty and safe neighborhood, within walking distance of Mayo Clinic. Broc’s house was clean, nicely decorated, and supplied with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. Beds were comfy! Hope to stay again for our next Mayo Clinic visit or a stay for leisure. "

"Everything was fantastic. I was in town for the Mayo Clinic. We were able to walk to appointments everyday, and walk back to the house to take a rest in the down time. The neighborhood has tons of restaurants and the kitchen is very well set up. The rooms are clean and well decorated. It’s a cute house with great original features that have been well maintained. It made what could be an arduous trip to the hospital incredibly manageable and even pleasant"

"Check in was easy. We parked a car in the very clean garage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barb got back to us quickly with a question. The area is quiet and private with places to sit outdoors. You could see a horse next door at its stable. The area is beautiful and close to Rochester with its many good restaurants. "

"Very good communication with the owner, it is in a great location. Really close to the Mayo and Apache mall with many dining options. Had many extra accommodations like we ordered take out Chinese food and forgot to grab soy sauce, and it was there. I would recommend this to anyone"

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was absolutely perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. One of our favorite parts was being able to walk to the park nearby, which was a huge hit with the kids. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, from thoughtful touches like coffee and other essentials to checking in and making sure we were comfortable. We truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. Would definitely stay here...

"House was big enough for our group (8). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking/serving implements. Showers (2) - one attached to master bedroom, one shower to serve the other 3 bedrooms (6 people). Laundry in basement was very convenient. Owner is very responsive. No grocery or restaurants close enough for a short walk, just need to plan ahead. Quiet neighborhood. Large back yard and fun to see fireflies come out of the woods at sunset. "
