The small villa is located in a recently built tourist residential complex, situated in the charming marina of Torre Suda, in a convenient and strategic location.

The sea is just 250 metres away: the coastline is low rocky, with easy and comfortable water access, ideal even for families.



The residence consists of only 4 housing units: two houses on the raised ground floor and two three-room apartments on the lowered floor, all well-furnished and equipped with outdoor green spaces, perfect for relaxing in the open air.



The area is very central: in a few minutes on foot, you can reach the seafront (about 200 metres) and the centre, where all the main services are located, including supermarkets, bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerias, newsagents, children's playgrounds, bus stops and much more.



Inside, the small villa offers functional and comfortable spaces:



- External veranda equipped with garden table and chairs, ideal for breakfasts and outdoor dinners



- Spacious living-dining room with kitchenette and air conditioning, with a double sofa bed (and, upon request, the possibility of adding a single bed)

- Double bedroom

- Twin room with single beds (with the option to join them and transform into a double bed)

- Full bathroom with shower enclosure

- Convenient storage room

- Reserved parking space, for maximum convenience during the stay



The marina of Torre Suda is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. About 2 km to the north are the first sandy beaches, including Lido Pizzo and Punta della Suina, followed by all the beaches of Baia Verde and Gallipoli; while heading south for about 7 km, you'll find Torre San Giovanni (Marina di Ugento) from where 12 km of beaches begin, reaching Santa Maria di Leuca.



Bed and bathroom linen is not included in the cost. But it can be rented upon request.
