This complex consists of four apartments and two townhouses on the raised ground floor, all well-furnished and with green outdoor space.



The ground floor apartments have a spacious outdoor veranda equipped with a garden table and chairs, a large living-dining room with a kitchenette, air conditioning, and two single beds (an additional bed can be added upon request).



There is a double bedroom, a double room with single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, a bathroom with a shower enclosure and a convenient storage room. Each apartment also has a reserved parking space and a convenient outdoor shower.



The marina of Torre Suda is a very central area, just 200 meters from the seafront and the center with all kinds of services available such as markets, bars, ice cream shops, pizzerias, newsstands, children's playgrounds, and bus stops. It is ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation, with the possibility of easily reaching the sandy beaches of Lido Pizzo and Punta della Suina about 2 km to the north, the beaches of Baia Verde and Gallipoli and the Marina of Ugento and the beaches of Santa Maria di Leuca to the south.
