bedrooms, including a double, a twin with single beds and a double sofa
bed, and a triple with double bed + single bed. The interior is
completed by a large dining room with kitchen and single sofa bed and 2 shower rooms, one inside the house and one located in the garden.
In the large furnished veranda there are table and chairs, as well as a pilozza and a fireplace/barbecue
that allows you to prepare grills and dine al fresco. At guests`
disposal is the well-kept garden which, depending on the season, offers
tomatoes, eggplants, strawberries, artichokes, zucchini, peppers.

many as 10 people. In Torre Suda there are all the main services and various commercial, dining and recreational activities.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October. Opening of the pool in low season euro 300.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
