The 45m² large, bright basement apartment is for 2 persons. The living room is equipped with a cozy sitting area (the existing sofa bed offers up to 2 additional people a place to sleep), satellite TV, music system, books, stove, dining area and open kitchen. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, ceramic hob with 4 burners, oven, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and toaster. A separate bedroom with double bed in comfort height (180 x 200), bathroom with shower and toilet. The 30 m² furnished terrace with stunning views of meadow and brook connects directly.

At the brook in the glacial valley to the Schlei you can enjoy peace and idyll. In the new building you expect three cozy, lovingly furnished in country house apartments.
You will find absolute peace and relaxation with us. The nearly 4000 m² property offers many secluded corners where you can sit, lie or even barbecue.
