Hello travellers and welcome to our exquisite 4 BR townhouse, a true gem nestled in Rabat. Experience luxury living with a private pool & BBQ area!
The spacious and elegantly designed interiors boast a fully equipped kitchen a generous dining/living area, & 4 large bedrooms.
Whether you're on a holiday getaway or a professional trip, this remarkable townhouse is the ultimate destination for comfort & style.
Complete with a garage providing space & an area for added entertainment.

Parking Space| Private garage parking space inside the property.
Living Spaces| Beautiful outdoor area with pool, table, chairs, and BBQ. Also a massive open living/ kitchen area inside with sofas and large smart TV.
Kitchen| Step into the fully equipped kitchen featuring a modern oven and a well-appointed refrigerator with ample storage space. Prepare delicious meals with ease using the provided utensils, catering to the needs of families or groups of friends. Whether it's a quick getaway or an extended stay, this kitchen ensures a convenient and enjoyable culinary experience for all guests.
Bedrooms| 4 bedrooms, each offering its own unique features. The master bedroom delights with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience. Another bedroom treats you to a back terrace overlooking the inviting pool area, complete with a table and chairs. The other bedrooms have another double bed & bunk beds and another with 2 single beds.
Linens| We all love a good night's sleep, all bedrooms will be equipped with high-end linens and quilts. We also provide 2 towels each for showering and towels for the pool area.
Bathrooms| 3 bathrooms, one being an ensuite including a shower. The other two include both a bathtub and another shower.
Small note: The pool is cleaned weekly, so access would be required.

Getting around Malta is a breeze with various transportation options available. Car rentals provide freedom and flexibility, while taxis offer convenience and can be hailed on the street or booked through ride-hailing apps like Bolt, Uber, and eCabs.
Malta's public transportation system, operated by Malta Public Transport, features buses that cover the island's routes. With these options at your disposal, exploring Malta is easy and convenient.
We offer 24/7 taxi service from the Airbnb messaging app. Parking is also free (subject to availability)
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.——
