Two cosy bedrooms with double beds ensure restful sleep, while the bright living area with SAT-TV and air conditioning invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and all cooking and dining utensils you need for your stay. From the dining area, you can directly access the private, partially covered terrace with a table, chairs and a magnificent view of the sea – the perfect place for breakfast with a view or a mild summer evening.



The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet and window. Bed linen and towels are provided. A car park is located directly at the house, WiFi is available throughout the property. Pets are not allowed.



The large garden with outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols invites you to relax. A barbecue option is available by arrangement. In addition, the house offers a boat mooring (up to 8 m in length) on request, located just 30 metres away, as well as an airport transfer.
