Holiday Home 'Die Sommerfrische – All Year Round'



Welcome to Die Sommerfrische in Raach am Hochgebirge. Our lovingly renovated holiday cottage offers a cosy retreat all year round. With 80 m², it accommodates up to 6 guests. There are three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a spacious living room. A folding bed is available for the 6th guest; a cot and high chair are provided for babies. The kitchen is equipped with capsule and filter coffee machines, dishwasher, oven with stove, microwave, and toaster. Wi-Fi, smart TV, and washing machine are also included. For comfort, the bathroom and WC have underfloor heating, the living area features a pellet stove with a viewing window, and the bedrooms have infrared heaters.



Relax in the large garden, on the covered terrace, or on a small shaded terrace. Enjoy cosy evenings grilling at the firepit. Dogs are welcome for an extra fee. The fenced garden offers plenty of space; for small dogs, please check the fence beforehand. A garage is available for your car, bikes, or skis. Additional parking is right in front of the house. A bus stop is about 800 m away.

Sommerfrische is a cherished tradition here. Your host, a farmer, grew up with this custom on his own farm, where rooms were once rented to guests from Vienna. This tradition continues today in our renovated holiday home.



Our Sommerfrische is at about 800 m above sea level, surrounded by greenery at the foot of the Otter. In summer, Semmering, Rax, and Wechselland invite you to hike and cycle. In winter, the Semmering ski resorts, Wexl Arena in Sankt Corona, and winter hiking trails offer snowy adventures in the mountains.
