  • Kulakane Resort is a West Maui vacation rental property, located just a few miles north of historic Lahaina Town. Each vacation rental property is professionally managed and superbly maintained to the highest standards. Your Maui vacation can be enjoyed in one of our beachfront one-or-two bedroom condos which come fully furnished and equipped for your vacation.

    Each oceanfront condo at the Kulakane Resort is unique because it was furnished and decorated by its individual owner. Individually decorated, each condominium offers a complete kitchen, free cable TV and free local telephone.

    Kulakane Resort offers beautiful and affordable West Maui vacation rentals. All of the condos at the Kulakane Resort are located beachfront and offer a direct ocean view. We combine all the comforts of home and make Kulakane Resort your Home away from Home in paradise.

    Kulakane Resort owners typically stay in their own units for at least a month or two each year, so they furnish their condominiums more like homes than vacation rentals.

Kulakane - our love forever

It wasn't our first time staying in Kulakane. We've been coming back over and over. It's the perfect place for a vacation by all parameters. The unit was spacious, comfortable and clean and there isn’t a better view of the water anywhere. We could see the sea turtles swimming around from our lanai and fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. It was amazing!

This year was even better than the last, and we had the pleasure of sharing the experience with friends, some who were experiencing the magic of The Kulakane for the first time! This unit is fantastic, large, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. The renovations to the seawall and yard are done, and look wonderful. Looking forward to returning again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Kulakane, as always, is a wonderful place to stay. The location is perfect and the closeness to the water can’t be beaten. You can spend all day just sitting on the lanai watching whales and turtles. The condo was clean and well appointed. We had a slight problem with the kitchen sink area, and Tony had it fixed within an hour of our reporting it. Very appreciated. The only downfall to this place is the teeny tiny bathrooms and the 6am trash/recycle trucks. Neither of which will keep me away from future stays.

It’s a very well maintained complex. Beautiful landscaping and a nice little pool for cooling off. I love that it is ocean side, many are not. The condo itself has some new lanai furniture and it is nice and comfy. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. my only issue with complex is the noise if you are sleeping in the smaller bedroom. The condo is right on the street and folks like to race on it in the overnight hours. Very loud! Screens also need replaced in this unit. It is also time to replace the mattresses. Overall, it’s a great place and I WILL be back!!!

Repeat visitor!

This is the second time we have rented from this property. Both times we have been pleased with all they offered. The condo this visit was amazingly well stocked. No food or drink, but otherwise everything you could ever want in a kitchen. A grocery store was nearby for everything else. The balcony provided hours of relaxation, turtle and whale watching.
