"A terrible stay because I payed for a serviced apartment for 4 persons that was not avilablw for four. We didn’t have kitchen apparel , mugs , towels, etc for four and neither adequate space for four of us. "Be careful with this property, totally inaccurate listing . The room is super tiny while the listing stated 310sqft for the deluxe plus. We were so upset and came to talk to the manager (Carmen) she's do stubborn and keep saying for sure the room is 310sqft as listed. Later on she said she would move us to another room. We waited and nothing happened. We talked to her again and she said to give her 20 mins to figure this out and again no response. Called her again and she's back to square one...

"Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300!
