"Check in was easy , well explained . Wi-fi was great, kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make a meals big fridge , the bedrooms are huge , bathrooms a big, place is super nice , great location host was great , left treats , maps and stuff to do in area . Walking distance to downtown , great restaurants and farmers market. Will definitely stay here again is best place we’ve rented ! "

"You pay for what you get. The home was nice but it definitely got hot upstairs. I would recommend the host installing an ac for upstairs or purchasing some fans for the property "

"We were a group of four adults, two kids and a dog. We stayed at the spacious and newly renovated main house. The house had all the facilities we needed and we had a great time. The property is around 30 minutes from Sandbanks and 25 minutes from Picton. Lots of wineries and restaurants within a short drive."

"Golf weekend with friends. Location and house was great. It was a hot weekend so it was too bad waterfront isn’t suitable for swimming but there is plenty close by. Great communication with owner. Woukd stay again."

"Charming house with all the necessities and more, and in the perfect location to enjoy all PEC has to offer. We spent 10 days with my husband, daughter (2.5) and dog, and it was beyond our expectations, including in terms of child-friendliness. Communication with Parker was easy and he was quite responsive. We will definitely be back!"

"Good place for a great price. No wifi was unfortunate as the service was also pretty bad. Super clean space and really close to lots of places in Wellington. Overall, great weekend stay."
