"The staff were friendly, although the check-in manager could have probably done a little more to make it great. The room was very nice and clean. I was pleased with the design and layout. The breakfast was good, especially the bacon. All in all it was a nice stay, and if I were to stay in the area again, I'd likely stay here again."

"If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!"

"This location has bed bugs and the staff could care less. I'd sleep in a roadside ditch during a tornado before I ever booked this location."

"OH MY!! first thing the smell of weed and just broke down all the way around! Walk in the room and boom not 1 but 2 big bugs crawling around the carpet, next to all the cigarettes ashes and the bed that looked so sloppy, like someone jumped on it then just threw the blanket on the bed. I walked in took pictures and walked out. I was denied a refund by the trap house keeper and indeed!!"

"The breakfast was good with variations over the 4 days. One day our room wasn’t cleaned but we weren’t sure if it was everyday or not. The price was more reasonable than the other hotel close by but it is getting a little shabby."

"Booked this room because it said an RV park and motel on the lake. We were looking for a place family could stay in the motel and we could camp during the Crappie Fest next year. What a joke! The RV park is a trashy full-time trailer park. The so-called convenience store had zero air conditioning, nothing on the shelves and definitely nothing to order for dinner. The clerk had to run all over the store to find the key to our room. Our room did have air conditioning but the unit was so loud we...

"Lobby smelled so good upon entering. The staff was very friendly and polite. We stayed in a family suite and it was very spacious for a family of 5. Breakfast was warm and pretty tasty. They had a good variety to offer."
