"The host instructions were incorrect to locate the key to the RV. It was in a key box on the hand rail of the RV. When we did get into the RV we told the owner there was damage on the bathroom floor. He said he was aware. We were not aware at the time the floor was rotted through. The flooring around the tiolet was very soft and we did not feel safe. We found another soft spot on the floor under the window by the bed. We stayed the one night and notified the owner so he could make repairs....

"the cabin was full of bugs and i told her i was trailering a boat and asked if that would be a problem, she assured me it wouldn't, it turned out to be a problem evetime i tried to go there there was nowhere to park or turn boat around, i had to wake up strangers in the middle of the night to move their vehicle so i could get boat in, then she allowed a big RV to park in driveway parking spots and it took up the whole area, it didn't park to one side it parked right in the middle blocking...

"Absolutely everything was perfect! Communication top notch! Hospitality--excellent! Bed--comfy. Room--cozy, with nice art and living plants. Kitchen had more than I needed; cook top, convection oven, microwave, small fridge and Keurig. Wonderful bathroom--clean and well-maintained. Tiny heater for the bathroom was a bonus--who doesn't love a toasty exit from the shower? This was everything I needed and more. Lovely home; lovely yard; quiet neighborhood and less than 15 minutes from the Capitol....

"The neighborhood was very quiet with beautiful trees everywhere. There was a fenced in yard for our dog. Everything was as listed, very clean, easy to use door code to enter house. Only suggestion would be to have the coffee maker over by coffee bar and maybe a couple coffee filters. There is a keruig but we brought regular coffee without filters. Also my daughter was a little chilly and we forgot to bring blankets. We wanted a small house for family of four with a dog close to downtown...
